When it comes to getting custom-made glasses and upgrades that match your prescription and style, it’s important to know a few things. These special orders are unique to you and can’t be returned for a refund.

Deposit

To get things started, we ask for at least half of the payment upfront. Once you’ve placed your order, changes or cancellations aren’t possible. Just a heads-up, if you’re getting used to new glasses, they might feel a bit strange at first. Your eyes might need some time to adjust – it could take days or even a few weeks.

Adjustments and getting used to.

If you’re having a hard time adjusting to progressive lenses, don’t worry. You can swap them for a different type, but any price difference won’t be refunded. If you’re using vision insurance, there are some rules, and the final price might change during the billing process.

Oops Accidents

Now, if you lose your glasses or they get damaged, don’t worry too much. You’ll get a 30% discount on getting a replacement pair that’s the same within 180 days of your original purchase.

Eye Exams and Appointment

When it comes to our services, like eye exams, you’ll need to pay the full amount right then and there. These fees aren’t refundable. Our goal is to give you the best care possible. If you can’t make it to your appointment, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know at least 48 hours in advance. If you don’t show up or cancel without enough notice, there’s a $50 fee. If this happens twice without proper notice, we might have to limit future appointments. Just remember, you’re responsible for this fee, and insurance won’t cover it.

We’re more than happy to adjust glasses you bought from us before. But, just to let you know, any adjustments we make are at your own risk, and we can’t be held responsible if anything goes wrong.

Contact lenses

If you’ve bought contact lenses that are unopened and in good condition, you can exchange them for store credit within 180 days of buying them. Just make sure the packages are sealed and untouched. But, once you’ve claimed a rebate, you can’t return the lenses. And if you get a year’s supply, it’ll be shipped to you for free anywhere in the US.

Eyewear Warranty

If your glasses have a manufacturing defect within a year of buying them, we’ve got you covered. This includes things like peeling, bubbles, or imperfections. But, scratches and wear and tear aren’t covered. You can also get an extended warranty for more protection.

Lens Warranty

For lenses, if you have anti-glare coatings, there’s a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Scratches from normal use are covered, but not breakage or accidents. Again, you can choose an extended warranty for extra peace of mind. Just make sure the replacement lenses match your original frame and prescription.

Own Risk

If you want us to use your old glasses with new lenses, we’re cool with that. But, just a heads-up, we’re not responsible for any damage that might happen while we’re handling your frame.
