STORE POLICIES
Made for You:
- Custom-made glasses and upgrades are unique and non-refundable.
- A minimum deposit of 50% is required upfront; changes or cancellations post-order are not permitted.
- Getting accustomed to new glasses may take time; an adjustment period is normal.

Adjustments and Getting Used To:
- Progressive lens adjustments are permissible, though price differences are non-refundable.
- Pricing may vary when using vision insurance due to billing procedures.

Oops Accidents:
- Lost or damaged glasses can be replaced within 180 days at a 30% discount.

Eye Exams and Appointments:
- Eye exam fees are payable in full at the time of the appointment and are non-refundable.
- Please inform us of cancellations at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $50 fee.
- Repeated cancellations without notice may result in limited future appointments.
- Adjustments to glasses purchased in-store are at your own risk, and Innisfil Eye Center is not liable for any damage.

Contact Lenses:
- Unopened and intact lenses may be exchanged for store credit within 180 days.
- Once rebates are claimed, returns of lenses are not possible.
- Year’s supply purchases include free shipping within the US.

Kids Eyewear:
- Our Superhero’s Frame Packages include a complete pair for children aged 17 and under with a two-year unconditional warranty covering prescription changes and accidental damage.
- A curated selection of stylish, durable frames presents diverse options for kids’ unique tastes.


EYEWEAR AND LENS WARRANTY
Eyewear Warranty:
- Manufacturing defects within a year are covered, excluding scratches or wear and tear. Extended warranties are available for added protection.

Lens Warranty:
- Anti-glare lenses have a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects, covering normal use scratches but not breakages. Extended warranty options are offered for further assurance.

Own Risk:
- We are happy to fit new lenses into your old frames; however, any potential damage during handling is not our responsibility.
